Ayurveda (are-you-vay-dah), meaning “The Science of Life,” is one of the world’s oldest systems of holistic wellness and the sister science to yoga. It offers practical tools to support the nervous system, digestion, energy, and overall balance.
Offered on the first Saturday of each month, this 2-hour workshop provides a gentle, welcoming introduction to Ayurvedic self-care, no prior experience required.
The first half focuses on simple, practical Ayurvedic principles around daily routines, stress, sleep, and nourishment, designed to be easily applied to everyday life, and each month we will learn new components.
The second half is an accessible Lymphatic Yoga flow, followed by guided rest (savasana) with soft sound, supporting deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
Participants will enjoy herbal tea and nourishing energy bites to support replenishment and vitality.
This experience is ideal for anyone seeking gentle movement, stress relief, holistic wellness tools rooted in tradition, and a calm, inclusive environment.
- Optional 1:1 Ayurvedic Bodywork sessions are available following the workshop, with first-time client pricing. Register directly with Seva at: https://sevaayurveda.com/
